Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Cookies Etc.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: a first-party cookie that remembers your cookie choice, Google Analytics (statistics), the OpenAI Ads pixel (advertising measurement) and HubSpot (forms and customer management). Analytics and advertising cookies are optional: visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent via our cookie banner before any are set.
